Are you looking to place an order at HeadBand Shop? Follow the steps listed below:

Check the contents of your order in the cart. At this stage, you have the option to change the quantities of items and add a discount code.
2 – Customer Information:
Enter your personal information to complete your order.
3 – Delivery:
We offer secure delivery of your order.
4 – Payment:
Select the payment option that suits you best from our various payment methods.
5 – Order Confirmation:
Ensure you have reached this step to confirm the registration of your order. You will also receive a confirmation email or SMS (if you have provided your phone number) with your order reference.
Not sure about the size of an item?
We have provided a size chart for all items in our shop. If you still have doubts after consulting it, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Our team will be pleased to help you quickly.
Order Processing Time
On average, the processing time for an order is 48 hours. Please note that orders are processed from Monday to Friday when all products are available.
Delivery times to France and Europe:
For deliveries in France and Europe, please allow 10 to 20 working days for delivery, including the processing of your order, the manufacturing of the products, and delivery. We strive to deliver to you as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our items. Delivery is free.
Worldwide Delivery Times:
For international deliveries, the delivery time is 14 to 21 business days. We also offer free worldwide shipping (excluding overseas territories).
Delivery Costs
With HeadBand Shop, secure delivery in Germany and worldwide (excluding overseas territories) is FREE.
Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order number via SMS (if you have provided your phone number) or by email. Use this order number on our tracking platform to monitor the progress of your package. Please note that updating tracking information may take 5 to 10 business days.
Issues with Order Tracking
If you have entered your order number on our tracking platform and no information is displayed, do not worry. It can sometimes take 5 to 10 business days for the carrier to update the tracking information. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Items Missing in Your Order
If you have ordered several items and only received some, do not worry. We work with multiple warehouses, which may result in items being delivered in several shipments. You will receive the rest of your order later.
Non-receipt of Your Order
If you have not yet received your order, please first check the status of your package on our tracking platform. If you have further questions, please contact our customer service by email at contact@headband-shop.co.uk.

Your Card is Charged After Your Order
The amount due will be debited from your card within 24 hours of placing your order.
Payment Declined
If your payment has been declined, please first check the expiration date of your credit card and ensure that you have not exceeded your card’s spending limit. For further information, please contact your bank.
Discount Codes
Unless otherwise specified, we accept only one discount code per order.
Returns and Refunds Returning Items:
If you wish to return your order or an item for X reasons, you have 14 business days from the receipt of your order to do so. The returned items must be new, unworn, and unwashed. Please note that we will inspect the condition of returned items.

Any returns of packages after the statutory cancellation period of 14 days from the delivery date cannot be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy provides for refunding the full amount of the returned item within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are conducted using the payment method used for the original order.

If your refund does not appear on your statement after 14 business days, please contact our customer service for assistance.
